Our Philosophy

Rooted in the Land

We source from local farmers and the Mombacho estate itself. Our menu changes with the seasons and what the valley offers — nothing more, nothing less.

Every meal is prepared fresh in our open kitchen. We believe good food doesn't need to be complicated — just honest, seasonal, and full of flavour.
